### How do I turn the speaker on/off?

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the speaker on or off.

### How do I play or pause music?

Simply press the power button once to play or pause music.

### How do I pair the speakers with my device?

Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode (the light flashes blue and red and you will hear “Pairing”). Then turn on Bluetooth on your device and select “D55C” from the list.

### How do I use TWS stereo mode?

Turn on both speakers and they will pair with each other automatically. Then connect your phone or laptop to the speakers via Bluetooth.

### What if my surface isn’t metal? Can I still mount the speaker?

Yes. Stick a magnetic pad (a thin metal plate) onto the surface and the speaker will attach to it securely.

### How do I change the light modes?

Press the light button once to switch between lighting modes. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the lights off.

### How long does the battery last?

Up to 5 hours of playtime at 50% volume.

### How long does it take to charge?

About 2 hours via the included USB-C charging cable.

### Can I charge the speakers without the dock?

Yes, each speaker can also be charged separately using the USB-C port.

### What is the Bluetooth range?

The speakers use Bluetooth 5.3 technology with a wireless range of up to 10 metres (33 feet) in open spaces.

### How do I reset the Bluetooth connection?

Press and hold the power and light buttons together for 5 seconds to clear the last paired device.

### Does the D55 work with iPhone and Android phones?

Yes. The D55 connects over Bluetooth 5.3 and works with phones, laptops and tablets, including iPhone and Android phones. In your device’s Bluetooth settings, select “D55C”.

### What is in the box?

Two D55 speakers on their 2-in-1 charging dock, a charging cable and a user manual.

### How long is the warranty?

The D55 comes with a one-year (12-month) warranty. For warranty or technical support questions, email support@mookiz.com.

### How is the D55 different from the D70 and U60?

The D55 is the stereo pair: two magnetic Bluetooth 5.3 speakers with 40 mm drivers and 4 W × 2 output that pair as TWS stereo, plus a 2-in-1 charging dock that doubles as a phone stand.
