## Set up the U60 on a Mac mini

1. Plug the U60’s USB cable into a USB port on the Mac mini. If your computer has a USB 3.0 port, use it; it supplies more stable power.
2. Open **System Settings → Sound**.
3. Under **Output**, select **USB Speaker**.
4. Under **Input**, select **USB Speaker** so apps use the U60’s microphone.

The U60 now plays your Mac’s sound and picks up your voice for calls, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and dictation.

## Everyday use

- **Volume and playback:** scroll the wheel to change volume; press it to play or pause.
- **EQ:** press the mode button to cycle through Bass Boost (music, films, games), Vocal Boost (calls, speech) and EQ off.
- **Lights:** press and hold the mode button to cycle the lighting (Spectrum, White, Off).
- **Voice input:** speak to AI tools such as ChatGPT through the U60’s mic.
